Price Discrepancy
PartsEngine.ca aims for accurate product pricing, though errors may occur. If a product is listed incorrectly, PartsEngine.ca reserves the right to refuse, modify, or cancel the order, and customers will always be notified if affected. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Price Match
Nobody beats PartsEngine.ca's prices. If you find an in-stock product at a lower price from an authorized Canadian retailer�whether online, in-store, or in print�we�ll match it and give you an extra 5% off the difference. The product must match the brand name and part number, and the competitor�s price must be in CAD including shipping, taxes, and other fees.
For in-store or printed ads, we require an official quote on the retailer�s letterhead, dated within five business days of your request.
Exclusions:
- Tires
- Products sold on special sales (e.g. Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, liquidation, discontinued items, financing offers, etc.)
- Products from marketplace sellers (e.g., Amazon.ca), resellers (e.g., Bay.ca), or refurbished/liquidated goods
- Items discounted due to advertising, pricing errors, or misprints
Price matches are based on PartsEngine.ca�s lowest advertised price.
Price match requests must be submitted before an order is placed. Price match requests can�t be applied to orders that have already been processed or shipped. If you submit a request after placing your order but before it has been processed or shipped, any approved price match will be issued as store credit. Once approved, the price match offer is valid for 3 business days.
PartsEngine.ca reserves the right to refuse any price match requests at our sole discretion.
Price Protection
If a product�s price drops within 10 business days of purchase and your order hasn't been processed or shipped, you may be eligible for store credit reflecting the difference between the purchase price and current retail price. Orders shipped, delivered, or are older than 10 business days are not eligible. Products purchased on sale, at a discount, as a special order, or through a price match are excluded from the Price Protection Policy.
Sale or Promotion
PartsEngine.ca promotions are announced through our website, email, and other approved channels. Each offer comes with its own terms and conditions, which are agreed upon once applied to the purchase. Details can be found on our promotion page. Exclusions may apply.
Promotion or discount codes cannot be stacked and cannot be applied to orders that have already been processed or shipped. PartsEngine.ca reserves the right to refuse any promotional offer or discount.
