As colder weather settles in across many parts of Canada, we’ve seen an earlier and higher volume of winter wheel & tire package orders. This seasonal rush, combined with supplier slowdowns and delays across multiple courier networks, has created longer processing and transit times industry-wide.

Wheel & tire packages naturally require more steps to prepare, and during peak season these orders are impacted the most. While some of the delays stem from external supply chain factors, we want our customers to feel informed and supported throughout the process.

To keep package orders moving efficiently, our team has expanded production hours, increased capacity, streamlined workflows, and added staffing where needed. Every package is assembled and shipped from our Richmond Hill, Ontario facility by a dedicated local team committed to quality, consistency, and prompt turnaround.
